Memory Map on Ipad Wifi (not 3g)
First jailbreak and install cydia per my previous thread.

Install Bluetooth GPS (5$) on the ipad along with memory map (£19.99).

You should have:

Connect to your bluetooth GPS, I got mine from ebay for a tenner:

Once that is done its time to send over you Landranger maps to the ipad, open up memory map and hit the icon in bottom left corner, then More Maps:

Goto your PC where your maps are and put the address provided in the screenie (yours may be different) into a web browser.

Do this for all the maps you need, they will be listed on the ipad:

Once that is done you can send over any overlays (greenlanes from GLASS etc) to the ipad using the same method.

All done, fire up a map and check for your lanes:

Re: Memory Map on Ipad Wifi (not 3g)
Must give this a go - My wife never uses the iPad that I 'generously' gave her for her birthday, anyway.... Whistle

Funny to see a map showing some lanes near my house (north of Chipping Campden), though.

A Defender2 North Cotswold greenlaning meet, anyone? Very Happy

Yes, I use a screen mount off the bay, not pretty but works well and 2 seconds to remove when parked up.

I went that route - mine is good quality - but for the reasons you say.

Im going to give it a good run in the next few days. Mike
