Changing a French registered car to Greek

Hi,
I currently Have a 1999 TD5 CSW which is registered in France. However it lives in Greece, therefore it has to come back every two years currently.
I was just wondering if anyone had registered a defender in Greece and could let me know the procedure/ if it is even possible.
Or if there are any better alternatives as the car is currently registered in my Cousins name in France and he wants out.

Meaning I am taking it on and would have to register it in the UK and bring it back every year.
