Im in Bassaleg along with Hank so we're fairly local and it seems most of u are too!

Anyway Its looking like cwmcarn forest drive might be a better bet, up by the mining pit wheel for those that know it? At the entrance to the former scenic drive itself, its past the visitor centre, there is a most excellent cafe 3-5mins walk from there and its a perfect back drop for some snaps also!

I do have keys for the drive but I dont think Id want us all to risk getting caught by the Natural Resources Wales ranger as a group! Dont ask why I have a key haha. Whistle 2011 Santorini Black USW XS.
