I am thinking about a visible deterrent as I have several professionally fitted ones and thought of one of thesehttps://www.amazon.co.uk/POSSBAY-Univ...&psc=1 I did try an Autolock which left small pinch marks and so went back. Just feel if you have a visible deterrent it helps. Any thoughts? 2015 Defender 110 XS Utility Santorini Black, sawtooth alloys, steps and so much more...........

I've got a Stoplock Pro, it's TH3 approved unlike their cheaper ones, only the disclok and stoplock pro are Thatcham approved.
Yes you can probably remove the wheel with it fitted, but it makes it a little more awkward for them, and they need to carry a spare steering wheel. The disclok is probably the most effective, but then again it's massive and more awkward to carry around/fit each time. I went for the stoplock as it's easy to pop on quickly when going into the shop. I think with the disclock the novelty would wear off and i'd get lazy - a steering lock is pretty in effective if its not fitted. |
