windscreen removal

what's, needed to remove the windscreen surround , looks like mastic around the top part , hinges ,vents .
is it much of a job ?

is the roof off?

assuming yes then just undo the bolts either end coming up from bulkhead if not then you need to undo line of bolts with captive nuts from inside behind headlining, remove the visors and mirror support, undo the two top side bolts and then cut through the sealant between roof and screen surround then it will lift enough (with someof the rear panel roof bolts loosened ) to get the surround out.
