Suggestions on repairing trim please?

So the previous owner of my 110 didn't exactly take great care of the trim....

Repair suggestions welcome!

Try a company called Chipsaway they are a mobile service in the U.K. They are very good when I have used them. 2015 HT XS 90

2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 ST Corris Grey

I used these from Ebay on my window surrounds, not that expensive and the results were very good, I used the grain leather with black stitching just in case I didn't get my seams straight
