I have the seatbelt across the neck problem too. This could be just what I need as well. They don't show you how it works tho |

Went past a Halfords the other day and got a height adjuster. It works by simply locking off the belt to introduce a little slack so the belt can rest on your shoulder, pull hard and it automatically disengages to allow the normal function of the belt to occur. It's an okay fix, but does not allow the belt to run freely. Maybe I'll try the Autosafe unit as well? My wife is much happier though!
