Ahh! Mountain Man, I used to have a 110 the same, in Trident green, and with a 2 1/4 diesel engine, whilst I was at college. Memories !!

Yep. 2.25 diesel originally. Supplied new to one of the electric boards and equipped with vaccuum assisted trailer brakes. The VIN plate on the servo still states that it can tow 4 tonnes! Can you imagine pulling 4 tonnes with a 2.25 NA motor!!!!!!
BTW it now has a 300 tdi and a disco transfer box and will sit happily at 75 all day long. |

Yep, I had a full load of lambs going up to the abattoir. That big old trailer puts her to grunt going up the hill from Abergavenny.

I spotted this beast out locally near me. Had a chat with the driver, not a Landrover fan exactly but seemed to like them well enough.
