Nice job.
I have always wondered, is it an easy job to remove the rear crossmember and then replace it with a galvanised version? Would lots of welding be involved or is it just a bolt off/on job? YOLO... You Only Live Once... |

Its a weld job, but if you have a old vehicle chances are the tin worm has eaten alot of it away. "Rafiki" 2007 110 STW - Rolling rebuild.

I did mine 2 weeks ago with Lowe's machinery paint - the lazy way with a brush !
