Thrust bearing noise
Last year or around 8k miles ago i had my clutch replaced for a Truckfix organic with a HD arm and new thrust etc.
Ive recently noticed the thrust bearing making a noise when the clutch is up. When i push the pedal in the noise disapears.
Its more noticable when the trucks cold.

Is this pretty standard as far as they go as there is not one problem with the clutch at all other than this and its not loud as such.

Ive had cars make the noise for years no issue. Just curious.
Tbh it could of done it since it was fitted but i took my straight pipe off last week so i can hear the radio..

United Kingdom
That'll be the gearbox input bearing, which stops turning when you press the clutch. This is when the release bearing starts turning so if it was that then the noise would start when the pedal is down. Check the gearbox oil level
