Is this a good oil to use in my TD5?

I'm looking for a good oil to use in my 2003 Defender TD5

2006 Defender 90 Td5 Black LE Java Black

Try eurocarparts as I brought 10 litres of shell helux 5w30 (af) for £44!

I use 5w/40 in my TD5.

Seems to be a bit quieter when hot.
