And the TD5 version have the cable (green colored OBD socket) with less wire that doesn't work on Puma (Puma OBDII plug blue colored plug works on td5).

so if you have the td5 version, if you will upgrade to Puma you must upgrade the cable

Thumbs Up I for one would like to have one of these units if its not too late Very Happy , one question , seems obvious but they will be supplied in ENGLISH as my tech german just isnt up to it Embarassed . I have been trying to get in touch with Nanocom direct for the last two weeks with no luck Big Cry , have seen the Hawkeye unit, it seems a nice piece of kit but wont do the key fobs from the internal six digit code Rolling Eyes . As a new member I have to say nice forum guys Bow down cheers just starting out and getting it all wrong..so I'am told, and have a disco 2 but thats not an option as it was the wife choice. and she has never known herself to be wrong.

No your not to late to order one, you have added yourself to the list Thumbs Up
Yes the units are in English, however you can download different language modules direct from nanocom. The nanocom website has stopped selling these units, Bearmach and Alymer motors in Italy seem to be the only listed suppliers. And of course Nakatanenga Bow down

cheers Brian, lorryman100

on the other forums the comms with matia of nanocom is one of the drawbacks for this unit, but its such a versitle unit I IMHO feel its worth the risk, see there is the older style nanocom on ebay as a auction 2nd hand and its made 190+ so this is a good price you have arranged and I for one am thinking THANKs are in order. I would know that they stopped selling if they had ever got back to me. Rolling with laughter see you had a similar experiance with another supplier...enjoyed the post as a guest.

have a good one

Gordon just starting out and getting it all wrong..so I'am told, and have a disco 2 but thats not an option as it was the wife choice. and she has never known herself to be wrong.

Right Made my mind up I will go for the nanocom having looked at the pics it is a much better display than the hawkeye.
Plus the comments on here about how good everyone who has one finds it so I will go with the flow.
So once again sorry to muck you about but many thanks for sorting the deal out. Bow down He who dies with the most toys wins.

i don´t like to break annyone´s bubble but ,from my research i have found there is no engine coolant sensor
only a cilinder head temperature sensor.
CHT sensor.

ok but ... if i go to Morocco or some where else on overland I will add a
EGT Sensor
and a real Water temp sensor
and an Oil temp sensor instead of the drain plug
the CHT sensor fluctuates too much... for my liking ...

also the CHT responds to the Puma´s dash temp !
You are not reading your watter temp on there Wink

but indeed : this is the best obd tool for the Puma no doubt

Hi there,

had some days out in the Bavarian Forest with wife and kids, just came home.

Checking stock of the Nanocoms i don't have enough to serve you all immedeately. The units sold EXTREMELY good the last 2 weeks , the shelf is nearly empty.

So please let me know the most urgent cases, they will be served first.

I am ín nearly permanent contact with Mattia and a big box of new units is nearly on the way although it is still x-mas time in Italy Wink

Orders & payment:

Please send your legal adress to peter (at) nakatanenga.de State how payment will be done (preferred PayPal!)

Shipment can be to Glynn or to Brian or for EUR 18.- extra directly.

Let me know!

HAVE A NICE DAY!

P WANTED:

SII or SIII in max 1.5k
