Crunching Gearbox help!

We have a December 2014. She is crunching when cold going into 3rd gear. Fine when warm. We have been back to our local dealership. In total she has had five weeks there. One new clutch, transmission and is in her 3rd gearbox. It hasn't stopped. We don't want to take her back again. Anyone else with this problem. I assume there is no cure!

has the gear stick mounting points had the harder spacers put in? mine had this done for a 1st and 2nd selection problem which seemed to solve it.

also when I changed the gear box oil I used a recommended oil which was gl4/5 cant quite remember now but it was much thicker than the oil that came out which improved gear selection also...

To be honest I don't know what they have or haven't done. I assume they know there is an issue with this.
I have read that other people are having the same issue. It's just this box. We are going to see them next week.
Three gearboxes and it's not even 18 months old yet! Nuts!!!
