whilst out earlier I sat and watched a decidedly dodgy recovery attempt by one of those knacker chopped up d2's with 99p korean massive tyres.
The photo is taken on a hill (facing down) and and a car has skid off into the ditch, the knacker tried pulling out up hill, the way it went in, but couldn't get enough grip so tried the other way by trying to spin the car on the spot then drag it out. Would have been an ideal job for a winch, which reminds me have to get one sorted... pom Click image to enlarge |

Missed out on the Wales trip (works party this lunch time). Looks really good but I think I'd have got stuck on the stock tyres. Managed to pull a Citroen Picasso out of a ditch this morning
. It struggled more than I expected until I relaised she'd left her handbrake on  ! No the other left . . . |
