 http://www.4wheeln.co.uk/shop2/product.php?id_product=615 They do various options for the rear step, one of which is a 2" receiver. It doesn't mention which Defender it fits to but maybe worth a call  | ||

 That unfortunately doesn't have a 2" receiver, just a flat plate   EDIT; I apologise! I didn't read it properly, I'll have to investigate further. Thanks  | ||
