Hi,
I need some help to sort out a mystery.
I am in the process of rebuilding 2007 Puma I bought as a rolling chassis from an insurance company after it had been stolen and stripped, not totally comfortable with the ethics of it, but was looking for a project to take my mind of things after having a load of chemo etc. Anyway, I have hit a head scratcher.
The engin and everything around it was all intact, apart from the radiator and inter cooler, so got a second hand pair from well know auction site and put them in today, problem I have is, radiator has two small inlet/outlets bottom drivers side, one front, one back of radiator, but I only have a hose for front one. Have looked all round engin and can't find an outlet without a hose (did find a Barclays biro, could have been messy!). Have checked and all Puma TDCi rads on auction site and elsewhere have the two inlet/outlets - so help please - what's going on?
My plan is to plug the back connector and fill system to see if water comes out from an orifice I haven't spotted.

I had the same issue with a replacement radiator as it appeared that it would also fit the TD5. Some are supplied with a blanking hose, mine wasn't so I made one and fitted to the rear of the rad I started with nothing and still have most of it left!
