2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Keswick Green

Reverse Camera DCPU

Morning folks

I am putting a new head unit into my defender with a reverse camera. I have read all the threads about where to route the wire for the reverse camera, but no one with any double cab suggestions.

I’d like the camera on the very back, not on the cab, so I think the cable will have to go underneath.

I’m also putting a front camera on, why not for £5 extra!

Perhaps go out through the centre seat box plate using a cable gland, then follow chassis rail.
Beware of fuel pipes to the rear of it, I would recommend drilling it without removing justto be safe but it’s entirely replaceable… ____\We|Will|Win/___

Can run it internally just involves drilling a hole in the rear bulkhead.

Or run externally and up thru the engine bay.
