2016 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Aintree Green

I've had a few emails recently about my build number, you'll notice that its a few digits past the last one made. This is the number Ryan supplied me, I did quiz him about it as I knew myself that something wasn't adding up.

Ryans response:- "I note your query and can advise that in addition to the assembled Defender models that left our factory, a number of vehicles were also produced as knock down kits to be sent on to their onward destinations for assembly.

The number previously stated was inclusive of the knock down kits, however as the knock down kits were not assembled at the factory, these would not be counted as such.

Therefore, I can advise that based on the quoted figure of 2,016,933 for assembled Defenders, the build sequence for SALLDHMP7GA490269 is 2,016,874."

I'm not that bothered either way

I managed to find some time earlier this week to get the JW Speaker LED sidelights & indicators on. I would be lying to say it was an easy job...

But worth the effort, just need to find some time to do the rears now.

Actually, the hardest part of the job was timing the camera with the hazard lights coming on

I missed this thread! A great 110 and so special being one of the last day assemblies!
