As above, lots could be disturbed.

However, there is the element of coincidence too that could be the issue.

try to move the small battery in the imobiliser on your keys -
it happend to me quite offten
or the Neg on battery is loose,

Is your key fob working to switch immobiliser off Question you may need to re sync to key fob by holding down unlock button on the key fob till the dish immobiliser led go out

now with all doors closed arm the alarm and dis arm the alarm had same problem with mine post clutch change
