Not entirely sure what wood it was. It was all hardwood though.
Oak,ash, beech etc.
It's burning beautifully now though. 2002 td5 90 county hardtop

Is this eligible for this thread? It does say "Landrover" not "Defender" in the title....

1953 1997cc 80" with approx 2.1/2 tons on the back. No danger of exceeding any speed limits with this, but it got there and back without any problems.

The tractor is a 1950 Fordson E27N which I restored, then realised was utterly impractical since it had the low-speed gearbox as well as the spade lug wheels, so I sold it.

On a tour of North West Scotland this summer. Been to Applescross and heading to Syke in this picture, taken just before the Skye bridge.

Weather overall was dreadful but we had a good time!
