Mobile site menu

Would it be possible to re-order the menu items on the mobile site ?

'Log Out' is between 'new posts' and 'pm's' - and on a small phone screen I quite often seem to accidentally log out ...

If we could move log out to the very top, or bottom, it would be really helpful ...
