2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 HT Chawton White

France 2015

Back after 15 day's of scary moments, sometimes wet, but most of all big fun road-trip.
Plan was the Alps, and we did, but added the south coast, the Verdon and The Pyrenees

I didn't had time to translate yet, but google translate is doing a fair... euh well... it's readable

I included the tracks in gpx form available for who want's them. None of them are illegal.

Thanks for posting this, just spent a very enjoyable half hour looking at the you tube videos absolutely fabulous.

Would love to do the Alp's trip, We have friends in Quiege just before Villard Sur Doron, not sure I would be brave enough, for that tunnel though!

Will save this post for future reference.

Ah, the tunnel is nothing

Some of the other mountain roads need more caution and no one in opposite direction 28/02 - Loss of a good friend...

I saw you met a Disco on one of the routes but generally are they pretty quiet.

Yes, on the Col du Parpaillon. But that's a relative busy road, so many places where you pass and not have to reverse for to long 28/02 - Loss of a good friend...
