OBDII compliance

If it did, can anyone tell me when did the Td5 on board management systems become OBDII compliant? 2010 Range Rover MkIII Autobiography Super Charged (Idris)

I don't think it ever did. Knowing landrover it's probably OBD1.5

The Puma is but the td5 is not. Roel
