Fuel return pipes
Can silicone hoses be used on 300tdi for fuel return hoses instead of rubber ones? 1999 Defender TD5 110

You could use silicone hoses, but they would have to be Silicone Fuel & Oil Fluoro Hoses, as these have a fuel safe liner whereas normal silicone hoses don't and leak oil/fuel through them, not much but they feel oily after a while. Check Auto Silicone Hoses website.
For the hassle and extra expense of silicone, I'd use normal rubber fuel hoses, unless you want the extra bling Very Happy
