Oil coming out of top of R380

my gearbox appears to be hemorrhaging oil out the top under the gear stick housing.

Any suggestions why oil is being forced up and out of here?

1991 Defender 110 200 Tdi USW Arles Blue

Is your breather pipe clear?

If its blocked it can force oil out of holes when hot, may be a simple fix
