Mud Roof Console Modification?
Has anyone here successfully modded a Mud Roof Console (like this one below) to fit a 90 with a sunroof? I like the sunroof and don't particularly want to lose it but could desperately use the space the console would offer. Mud have said it's not compatible with sunroof versions but knowing how versatile and clever Landy owners are I thought someone must have attempted a mod at least and wondered if it was successful.

There was someone on a Facebook Landy group who claimed to have done it before and it was supposed to be very good but he never posted any images or proof to show that he had done it. I've even considered changing the roof to fit one as we could use the console more than a sunroof but there are no roofs available without sunroof but with alpine windows and the one that is available is £1k.

Someone gave me the measurements for the Mud Roof Console, it comes back around 490mm where the sunroof is around 300mm from the windscreen.

Why not put the additional Cb / stereo unit into a Radiobox cubby ?
