[Wanted] Genuine bonnet shims
Got a bonnet rattle and seems like one shim is worn so moving about.
Has anyone got a pair of genuine bonnet shims that are new or new take off?

And can post fairly quick but they must be genuine.

If no one had then I'll just contact Dan @ Duckworth parts.

I would yes, just 'PM' Dan on here. (I have myself)

It sounds worse than it really is, took me days to work it out that it was the bonnet.

If possible, I'd be interested in the diameter of them when they arrive as I have bought many genuine ones and they all vary in size Shocked

If you could give them a measure and let me know I would be very thankful Thumbs Up Running Restoration Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/post323197.html#323197

I'll try and remember to tomorrow for you.

Of course you have to remember perhaps the Defender varies in size and shape instead maybe. Rolling with laughter

Heard back from Dan, he'll give you the measurements tomorrow.
They are £6 a pair delivered.

The guys on the production line were kind enough to leave me a spare - it took me a couple of weeks to find it mind...
