2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Corris Grey

TJ, did you use a Defender for your NZ trip? If so, did you ship yours over or rent? Am curious as it is an absolute 'must do' and was wondering how you approached it? Have done the camper-thingy twenty years ago, looking for a proper Defender based trip next. If you shipped it, how much was it there and back. Thoughts/advice appreciated. Ta.

2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Corris Grey

When I was looking at Australia a container was £1,100 quoted which I thought was reasonable?

Had a play with the alpine today - it is very neat and does everything you want it to do.. Does seem a bit too good though, I quite like a life of compromise

I left the evoque because it was too accomplished and took the fun out of exploring..
