i'm afraid to say this, but i'm readily put off from regulary posting topics...

based mainly on topics being contaminated with pointless remarks and endless emotioncons...

i basically came here to 'learn' and source knowledge from peers who know their stuff. to understand why my passion for a sometimes outdated and crappy product can be justified!

the 'insider' jokes just get a bit tiresome i agree...

sorry guys... i'm work tired and still a tad emotional about the ongoing f***-up by my local dealer.

just thought i'd say something... Embarassed

as per my thoughts. there is obviosly a need and a place for banter why dont we have a 'pass the bottle' forum section for these bits.

Now back to Shocks - with luck. Cheers

I can't believe OP of this thread. He posts a question and then gets all shirty when people dilute his thread with drivel and dross.
When I had my PUMA, I upgraded the suspension on that. It worked out bloody expensive. All round air suspension is now the dogs danglys (no need for emoticon). But then I did upgrade to a D3. Didn't notice my suspension deteriorate when in Morocco this year with JST. 110 D250 SE HT

Walfy,

All round air suspension may be the 'biz' but can work out very very expensive when it starts to go 'Pete Tong.'
I know of an individual who has just sold his D3 as the suspension system was draining both his patience and his bank account and with a potential quote for over £2K for a guaranteed fix, what would you do? If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!!

Still in warranty at the moment. Then I'll shop around for a decent aftermarket warranty.
As for 2K for a guaranteed fix sounds like they don't know what they are doing and have priced up a big pile of bits to change out. Hoping that it'll fix it. I could be wrong though 110 D250 SE HT
