Beggar shows true colours in footage
However, bad it seems over here with defender thefts, it doesn't get as bad as this.

I'm not sure if I should feel re-assured that this does not happen over here, but a bit of me does...

The problem is people do desperate things in desperate times but also they go where the vulnerable are and the law is the most lenient.
