DRL headlight upgrade

Has anyone fitted these?

I think that they are growing on me. did you wire them into the ignition?

Not yet, I just quickly wired them onto the side lights just to see the effect, I am planning on wiring them to the ignition and I want them to go off when main beam is switched on... but finding the time between rain and work is frustrating, but soon, very soon

The photo is not the best and does not really do them justice, and I have light guards fitted.

i like them alot and the landy its an animal

i have the clear lights with the angel eyes they look ok as they have a side light in aswell but next buy would either be some svx wipac ones or the fancy led ones from jw speaker CSK Automotive

I have bought some of these nice to see the pictures taffrican I have a very similar black td5 to yours with light guards so great to see what they will look like fitted.

Are you referring to

Crystal Halogen 'Angel Eye' Headlamp Conversion kit RHD (PAIR)
Land Rover Defender?

If so please note

What they are NOT saying is that no E marks means they are ILLEGAL to use on the road not just within the UK but within Europe.

Whether they pass the MOT is completely irrelevant as the MOT checks for safety/function etc and at this moment the MOT does not check for E mark and legality etc. When will the MOT change to check legality of lights?

But it is quite a neat solution with the DRL in the headlights. Do you know of any with E marking (and for LHD)?
