Tyre Size advice

Hi All,

I would like advice on Tyre sizes. Is a 7.50 R16 tyre equivalent of a 235/85 R16. How close would the diameters be? 2002 110 TD5 White

A 7.5 R 16 has a diameter of 31" whereas a 235/85/16 has a diameter of 31.7 inches so 0.7" or 18mm larger diameter and 9.25" tread so 1.75" or 44 mm wider then the 7.50
