If you find a solution let me know i was going to try these:
http://www.alivetuning.com/alive-boutique/...duct_id=84 but im not sure whether there will be any significant difference in ride for the £400 notes required. |

Here's my 90 fitted with -2" springs from Extreme 4x4 highly recommended
http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic31901-15.html more comfortable than standard and being progressive rate reduced body roll as well the standard rate Puma springs are too hard unless you have some load in your truck changing the shock won't help the bouncing and harshness you have now also Paddocks are cheaper http://www.paddockspares.com/brands/bilste...7-td5.html |

change the springs thats what gives you a harsh ride even worse in a Puma as the springs rates are higher than a TD5
i tried both Alive & IRB ringing and emailing both got a txt off 1 of them saying couldn't take my call and other never answered my emails or phone calls!!!! so rang Extreme 4x4 spoke to Digby he gave me great advice and matched the springs to what i use the car for so progressive rate springs so its nice and soft when just driving along but if i load it up or start cornering hard the spring rate is stiffer giving less body roll and the ride height won't drop when loaded. so even though its lowered it rides and rives better and is more comfortable, also it doesn't sit arse down anymore its all level now even the wife has just been out in and says she can't believe how much better it is than before it drives so much better you can even leave the standard shocks fitted if there aren't tired or worn out, do you have Anti-roll bars fitted? |

weird you have such a harsh ride then if you have springs fitted already, but it does depends on what spring rates you went for
