This is my latest acquisition, a 1996 110 300tdi and very impressed I am with the way it drives, had to spend a bit of money on it but still a bargain really I think (only paid £5k for it).
However it is missing a certain something that I can't put my finger on, it looks 'nice' but I want it to look a bit better/tougher if you know what I mean?? Not sure if the white roof spoils it or maybe needs bigger tyres? ![]() |

As those that know me from Disco3 will confirm, I am not shy when it comes to modifying my cars

I'd go with winch, steering guard and a-bar + lights.
Personally I think the wheels look good but it's your truck ![]() + New Defender 110 First Edition |

CFB,
For a 96er it certainly looks tidy enough from the photo. Keep the colour scheme as it is. I too dependant on funding and what the prime purpose of the vehicle will be would go down the additional lights, modular wheel route but then again it's not my vehicle....I do love spending other people's money though. Keep us updated. ![]() ![]() ![]() Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |
