Good job!
How easy is it to remove? I thought about making mine quick release as it gives such good access to the chassis and fuel tank, but the standard rivets used looked really heavy duty and looked tricky to remove without making a mess of the floor. |

I have often wondered about making the rear floor on my double cab removable, I have considered using Dsuz fasteners as I have seen them used on various competition cars including WRC rally cars

Yes, I was thinking of dzus fasteners myself
![]() The standard rivets look like they'll put up a bit of a fight though! |

Not a hassle at all, 4" angle grinder used to knock off the heads of the original rivets, old floor pulled out and the new floor riveted back in with 4.8mm blind rivets that will drill out in half the time, so chassis and fuel pump are easy accessed when required
