Saw this on ebay and it certainly caught my eye

I think he could have been on to something if he had carried it on, the first defender with a 100% chequer plate body. In some groups he'd be hero worshiped

In this case the chequerplate application has probably been used to maximum effect to hide a multitude of sins underneath as it has been fitted to the usual suspect areas and has no functionality whatsoever.
If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
