Flat tire
No ,not the SVX, but my Flyer Series K e-bike, and it became hilarious in the end......
Got a flat front tire this morning close to home, and I have from Flyer an extended warranty which covers absolutely everything you can imagine. So I called the help line, told them the bike was home with a flat tire, and they offered that a recovery service would contact me, pick it up, take it to a bike store for repairs, and then would deliver it back home....
Did I know much that this here below would show up, just to recover my bike Question Shocked Shocked Shocked
My Flyer may well have a carbon fiber frame, but still... Laughing Laughing Laughing

A grease monkey? Shocked This is a Swiss recovery service, Jim. Laughing
And no better place to get a new original tire installed than at the Flyer dealer of my choice, no? (The insurance help line asked me where I wanted the recovery service to take my bike to for this new tire installation, and I sent them to the store where the bike came from which has a first class workshop...) Thumbs Up

It might just be the picture but it does look like it's going to be rubbing and banging against the that big box all the way there.

^^ Well, a carbon fiber Swiss made Flyer Series K is not cheap in purchase. But after 4 years and 7500 km it is like new, with many years of life left..... That is except for a flat tire now and then. Laughing You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

And the beat goes on...... Exactly 5 months and 1 day later, a flat tire, this time the rear one. So calling my Flyer Insurance, and the same thing as last time happened. Big tow truck shows up to take it for repairs....
That's what I call service Thumbs Up But,......... it is a carbon fiber bike of course. Whistle Rolling with laughter

and they worry about emission levels then send a tilt and slide for a push bike , be honest I find that quite sad ( in the way of why do we bother with emission controls ) - and funny Rolling with laughter

could you not just put a new tube in yourself ?
