So, I have only recently signed up to Defender2.net as a result of realising a lifetime dream to own a Proper Landy (I pick up MY2010 90 TDCi tomorrow, 01st September!)...
And do you know what, having tried all the LR communities I could find, this place is head and shoulders above the rest and amazing, in so many ways... 
The sheer volume of information, freely shared, the helpful, friendly and non-intimidating exchanges together with the willingness of everyone here to comment, assist, point in the right direction and just generally be brilliant is second to one... 
Yes, I did mean one, rather than none, the only other interweb place I have found that is run on an extraordinarily similar basis is my own site, but that is nothing Land Rover... 
Thanks to the Admin and everyone here, for making me welcome and for providing us newbie numpties with a place we can learn, freely ask questions and, sometimes, be scared witless at the stories of, unreliability, breakdown, thefts and other frustrations we are likely to experience from owning a piece of the Landy legend... 
Thank you Defender2.net and all who help make it the best Land Rover reference and community site available! Rog...

Three stickers on mine, rear door top and each side of the bonnet.
This forum is excellent, you cannot beat it with the knowledge and sensible atmosphere. Not like those Landyzone twits |

Ive never been into this type of thing and not on any other sites or anything other than the ones on facebook which are awful in comparison so have nothing to do with. Met and spoken to some great people on here and has saved me a lot of time, not sure its saved me money though
