Servo assisted clutch, who could fit in East Midlands?
Hi, can anyone recommend someone who can fit a servo to my clutch to make the pedal a lot lighter? Redbooster do a kit but I would think any servo could be used. I have a injury which means the clutch is painful to use with it naturally being heavy. The Red booster guy in the UK who supplies and fits is in Edinburgh, too far to go 110 Hardtop

Why don't you fit the double spring mod?
Far cheaper... Less to go wrong?

Does the spring mod apply to all models? Or just TD5's and Tdi's 110 Hardtop

I spoke with Alive Tuning, very helpful, he doesn't do the servo clutch anymore but has suggested I do the spring mod, he wasn't sure whether it was applicable to the 2.2 Puma. Is it a mod I can do for the 2.2 or is it TD5's and older? 110 Hardtop

As far as I'm aware it's only Td5's and older, but without checking the Puma clutch pedal, I can't be 100% certain. An engine to TDi for!

I still don't know if this is suitable for the Puma clutch though. Can anyone advise please?

I don't think it is , I think ( not 100% ) the puma has it already has the spring

I like the idea of the servo ,

anyone fitted a remote servo on clutch , so could be fitted under the floor out the way
