Halfords socket set.
I was looking ferra decent (ish) 1/4 drive socket set to replace the cheapo (£10) set that I bought years ago.Could of bought a 1/4 drive socket set for about £30-£40, then I saw this 1/4,3/8,1/2 inch drive for £55 including £10 screwdriver set for free. Din't need 1/2 inch but the 3/8 drive will be useful Very Happy .
The guy who sold them to me said that Halfords will now replace broken ratchets and a receipt is not needed anymore,just bring the broken part in???Worth asking to confirm if you call in.

You are 'supposed' to retain the receipt but 'goodwill' normally prevails and they will indeed swap tools out as long as there are no obvious signs of abuse. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
