I use a g clamp and attaché carefully with a foam sheet on top of the bonnet in case you drop it...

I bought a wiper arm puller from amazon a while back as they can be a bit stubborn sometimes. 2005 Td5 90 XS

Wd40 didn't seem to help....

Wiper arm puller as BMW ones are prone to snapping with wiggling
