Surely the length of the vehicle is a factor. Imagine in extremis your wheels could turn 90 deg. You'd then trace a circle whose radius was equal to the length of the car - SWB, smaller circle; LWB larger circle.

Same holds true for 90 and 110 with identical 'steering angle' Thumbs Up One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

I agree, I have still shortened the stop blots to give a better turning in when parking. Glad I did as the bolts were different lengths on each side.

Looking from the front of the vehicle underneath you will see a 19mm bolt sticking out of the CV housing, it stands out as it looks as if it is doing nothing.

Alternatively lock the steering one way and see what's restriciting it from turning even sharper, you will see the stop bolt hitting a plate.

Is it me, or are Land-Rover having a bumpersales boost through the introduction of the 110 utilitywagon? The only PUMA 110s I have seen are Utility Wagons and there seems to be a fair few on here.

Its the road tax I imagine!

I wanted utility even before they were N1 as at least you get a part secure rear load space, those sliding windows said "free car boot sale" all over them in my view!! Rolling Eyes
