Rear Seat ?
Hi guys

Can i legally swap my factory fitted side facing seats ( county ) with either disco1 dickie seats or bench seats and still use the original seat belts.

reason being is i want to move the spare wheel off the rear door to the rear bulkhead but the side facing seats are in the way for doing this Sad Graham

You can find single side facing seats for the back there were some at the Skipton autojumble the other week. I have thought about a set for the back of mine but being a pickup make life difficult. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

If you already have individual seats then can't you just take out the two nearest to the bulkhead?

Fitting Disco 1 dickie seats, whilst not impossible, is not a straightforward job. I'm not sure what the benefit would be though, beyond what you already have Confused Darren

Yeah basicly I was thinking if the dickie seats was smaller than the side facing seats that I have I could just replace them but if needed move the seats further back towards the rear door to give me enough room to fit the spare on the bulkhead Smile Graham
