Haywood and scott exhausts are stuning, you wont be disapointed with the quality if anyone buys one 2004 TD5 Defender 90 xs station wagon

@Tom - I had a feeling you might say that! Perhaps a longer-term 'goal' purchase. I'd like to get a full stainless system on mine one day, when I'm feeling particularly flush. 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green

Had mine mot'd today. Asked tester about cat, his reply was "you've got this remapped? If yes it's a modified engine so doesn't need a cat"
There's a thought ![]() Andy |

Well I'm not really worried about the MOT as such, as most MOT testers are fine about it

Problem I have is its my mate with a defender who is my MOT tester that told me I need to sort it for their garage to issue a pass. I could go elsewhere and risk it, but rather a garage I know and trust does it.
Ive bought a genuine Cat pipe which ill have re-fitted. Seems the easiest way, specially as they'll only get more clued up, rather than risk a fail prefer a 100% car ![]() ![]() |
