New best friend - Conwy Land Rover
Persistence pays off ! Defender 90 due its 2nd major service:

Liverpool Hatfields - £617 (offered 10%)
Chester Hunters - £607 (offered after haggle £517
CONWY CHESTER - £399.00 !!!!!!!!!

Suffice to say all booked in !

I've had a few problems over the years.
Conway have always sorted them quickly, politely and sometimes without charge.
Can't fault them. Very Happy

Another +1 from me for Conwy - excellent service, and a very good price (plus all the coffee and biscuits I could manage while they were cleaning it Very Happy) Phone call from the Service Manager a couple of days later to make sure everything was still OK and whether I had any further questions Thumbs Up

Beats the call I just had from Stratstone Cheltenham - they just got a copy of the customer satisfaction survey I did in relation to the last warranty repair and wanted to discuss it... 2013 Defender 110 XS DCPU
