Power Steering Fluid out of Reservoir Breather Hole?
Earlier today I was reversing a trailer around the yard with my Defender.

I probably reversed about 15 yards (going from full lock to full lock). After the reversing (approx. 2 mins running), I switched the engine off and noticed I had a leak (heard it hissing away).

I opened the bonnet to find a fair amount of power steering fluid leaking out the breather hole on the reservoirs cap.

Any idea what may have caused this? Steering felt fine, but did notice a slight whine when on full lock. I know I have a very slight weep on the steering box, but wasn't expecting it to chuck a load of fluid out of the cap. The fluid seemed quite pressurised, but it wasn't hot to the touch!

Any thoughts, before I start tampering with it tomorrow?
Thanks
Confused
