Hi, I've just converted my TD5 to a soft top and was wondering where you got the bracket to mount the interior light from.

Regards
Peter

Very nice! I like that. Are they Purely Metals hoops? Who's hood did you go for? Is it relatively straight forward? James

It is the Purely Metal hoops, much cheaper than the Exmoor Trim, I've not seen the Exmoor trim hoops up close so can't testify for the difference in quality but I'm very happy with the Purley Metal one, I used their gutters as well. The canvas is the Exmoor Trim Stayfast hood that i managed to pick up direct from them on Ebay as it was an ex demo so got it for a good price. You also need a screen header rail that I got from Exmoor trim, it's then just a couple of 10mm and 13mm sockets and a couple of hours work, it helps to have a friend to help you lift the old roof off but I did the rest on my own. The hardest bit was converting the second hand drop down tail gate I brought on ebay to side opening so I could refit my rear wheel carrier.
