Looks like radiator's leaking
My dealer found signs of red coolant around the core at the bottom. Took it out to send for full test and temporary repairs if possible until new one gets ordered.

At this rate they will have replaced just about everything by the time my vehicle is out of waranty at the end of the year! Big Cry

I have a sneaky suspision that may not be the last Grockle

We are going to Namibia during world cup (June/July) to really test the vehicle and shake out any further faults.

Not to hijack this thread, but so are we! Leaving CTN on June 7th, returning on/around 29th.

This is our itinerary:

That's pretty much a copy of our trip, except we haven't booked yet - hope there's still place.
Your trip via the Khalahari looks like it may make your holiday a bit too much driving however. In 22 days that is. Shocked

We booked last July, you might want book now otherwise you might not get campsites.

We planned the trip such that we camp for 2 days and then drive for no more than 600km on the 3rd day the whole way through. Except for the journey back home, which may entail driving from the border to CTN in one go.

no luck
Just had a call explaining that the radiator was tested out of vehicle and no leaks found!

They said it needed a good clean anyhow - hope they don't try and charge me as they said they saw coolant and suspected the radiator.

Now they are going to test again on system to try find another leak.
