Hi landy andy I'm so sorry but I'm afraid you must see it on a computer, I don't know why .. australian forum told me the same : mobiles Ipads, does not work. In some countrys the audio does not work as well I suppose it's for author rights. It's a pity!!!

Welshgas is not blocked in the UK because some people see it. Try to do it in a computer I'm sure it will work. It depends on the video. Youtube put this kind of advertisment on Ipads, mobiles for the author rights, and instead on a computer it works right. I checked it up on my channel and this video is only blocked in Germany, in no other countries. The author rights of these songs are in Germany.
