Mine came with a mega fuse already factory fitted

On Tdci's the main supply to alternator and starter is protected by a mega fuse, but all other systems are unfused.

There is a 400 amp mega fuse for the alternator AND a 100 amp fuse link 1 in the battery junction box plus a further 1 X 60 amp, 2 x 30 amp, 2 x 20 amp and 1 x 15 amp protecting the remaining battery fed circuits. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Mine's unfused. Would probably be wise to put something in.
